CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Recipient acknowledges they may receive confidential information about The Fish Adventure Park including business plans, designs, financial data, operational methods, technical specifications, marketing strategies, and any other non-public information related to the Company's entertainment facility operations.
NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS
Recipient agrees to:
- Keep all confidential information strictly confidential
- Use information solely for the intended business purpose
- Not disclose information to any third parties without written consent
- Return or destroy all materials containing confidential information upon request
- Use reasonable care to protect the confidential information
NON-COMPETE
During the relationship and for two (5) years thereafter, Recipient shall not directly or indirectly compete with the Company's adventure park, water park, sports, or family entertainment business within 100 miles of any Company facility.
LEGAL TERMS
- This agreement is governed by Florida law
- Breach may result in injunctive relief and monetary damages
- Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties
- This agreement survives termination of any business relationship
